Decided to go for a simple bowtie pasta with pancetta and chives. Nothing fancy about this dish but damn, was it delicious.
Being a huge fan of spicy dishes, I wanted to dive into a different type of flavour for the pasta instead of the usual cream-based or tomato sauce. Enter Okazu, a chilli miso sauce we picked up at the One of a Kind Show and Sale. Experimented with mixing different amount of Okazu and hot sauce and finally found a happy medium.
